Please ensure you choose carefully as items are not refundable.

We understand damages can happen during the shipping process, however we are not responsible for those damages that can happen once the order has left our hands.

We always ensure your items are well packed and any breakables are well packaged. No refunds or replacements will be given in this instance (if you wish to purchase insurance on top of your postage please contact us before you finalize your order). 

We also do not offer a refund or replacement if you have changed your mind.

All of our products are described on our website with approximate measurements to the best of our ability. 

All material and merch items (bags, totes, bookmarks etc) are handmade by a human to a high standard - in the unlikely instance where one of these items is significantly faulty - please contact us via plottwistmerch@gmail.com WITH-IN 7 days of delivery to start the REPLACEMENT process. This does not include glassware or breakables. 

We also do not offer shipping labels for return items.
